MARROW

Workshop

Somatics, Embodiment & Meditation program

Join us for a dynamic process exploring pathways in creativity, somatics, embodiment and meditation with visiting facilitator, Sandrine Harris (US). Learn about yourself through moving from the inside out, experiencing shifts in patterns of thought and awareness, and cultivating new expressions of embodied presence. MARROW blends movement from the Feldenkrais Method®, brings in knowledge from Somatic Experiencing® and playful elements of dance. Plus guided meditations, journaling and collaborative learning.

You are invited into a deep conversation with your body and how you can transform learned ways of moving, thinking, and being, to grow more curiosity, playfulness and pleasure in your life.

No experience with movement or meditation is needed. Open to all adults (20+) and useful for professional development for performing artists, creatives, movement teachers, meditators, educators and community facilitators plus mental and medical healthcare workers.
